They roam the vast desert pastures, grazing on a natural diet of wild herbs, shrubs, and sun-drenched grasses. This not only makes them happy and healthy but also reduces their environmental impact. Free-ranging cows require less feed transportation, which lowers carbon emissions. Additionally, their manure acts as a natural fertilizer, enriching the desert soil.

Our slow, traditional Bilona method complements this sustainable approach. We use stainless steel vessels for hygiene, but the core process remains rooted in time-honored practices.
