Established on April 1st, 2024, our journey began with a commitment to deliver the purest and finest A2 cow ghee to our customers. What sets us apart is not just our product, but our story of passion, dedication, and a deep-rooted connection to our roots.
Milk, the heart of our product, is sourced from our very own farm where we raise a herd of 100 cows. Additionally, we extend our reach to villages, ensuring that only the freshest and highest quality milk is collected for processing. Our dedication to quality is mirrored in our team, comprising three skilled women and five men, all working tirelessly in our factory to ensure that each batch of ghee meets our stringent standards.
Behind the Scene
Years ago, on a visit to our ancestral village, we tasted something we hadn’t experienced before – A2 Ghee made from the milk of grass-fed cows raised by local farmers. The flavor was unlike any other, bursting with a subtle sweetness and a deep nuttiness. They learned about the age-old practice of using milk from A2 cows, believed to be easier to digest and possess a richer nutritional profile.
A spark ignited. We thought of sharing this pure, forgotten taste with the world. Thus, began their journey – “Panchratan Ghee“. Our cows were not confined to sheds. They roamed free under the endless sky, grazing on the wild, natural bounty of the desert – native grasses, shrubs, and medicinal herbs. This freedom, they believed, translated into the superior quality of the milk.

There were no shortcuts, no artificial additives, no machines. Every step was an ode to tradition, a testament to the belief that good things take time. The resulting ghee had a rich, nutty aroma and a taste that spoke of sunshine, open pastures, and the simple goodness of nature.
